FOUNDER
Erin Hunt MS, CRC (she/her)
With over a decade of hands-on experience in vocational rehabilitation and expert testimony, Erin Hunt brings deep industry knowledge and a client-first approach to every case. As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and an Oregon-certified vocational provider, Erin has worked extensively with attorneys, insurance professionals, and individuals navigating the complexities of return-to-work services.
Before launching Elevate Northwest, Erin served in key roles at respected firms like Wallace and Associates, Weiford Case Management, and Achieve Consulting. She has provided expert vocational evaluations, training plan development, labor market research, and case management for injured and disabled individuals. Her expert testimony has been trusted in Social Security Disability hearings and other legal proceedings across the region.
Erin is also an adjunct faculty member at Portland State University, where she teaches occupational analysis and vocational evaluation in the Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling program—sharing her expertise with the next generation of professionals.
Backed by a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and a background in criminal justice, Erin created Elevate Northwest to offer a more personalized, strategic approach to vocational services. Her mission is simple: to elevate the standard of care, advocacy, and results for the people and professionals she serves.

Dawn Allison King
Dawn Allison King is a strategic and resourceful business leader known for visionary thinking, expert problem-solving, and an innate ability to cultivate lasting client relationships. As Business Manager for Elevate Northwest, she brings more than two decades of experience driving growth, streamlining operations, and building community through a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and operational acumen.
A passionate entrepreneur, Dawn is the founder of DAK Consulting, a firm dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and small businesses with strategic marketing, design, and executive support services. Through DAK, she has helped countless clients clarify their vision, elevate their brands, and simplify operations with customized, hands-on solutions. She is also a committed social entrepreneur, currently launching her own nonprofit organization focused on creating meaningful impact in the community.
Previously, Dawn served as Director of Community Relations and Facilities at ReadySpaces, where she led operations for a 75,000-square-foot space, achieved 100% occupancy, and set a company record for Google reviews—all while building a vibrant, connected member community.
With deep expertise in SaaS onboarding and training, customer success, and operations management, Dawn blends emotional intelligence with business savvy to create meaningful change and measurable results. She thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly to new technologies, and leads with empathy and integrity—qualities that align seamlessly with the mission and vision of Elevate Northwest.
